I have a 2004 Toyota Corolla LE. When I turn the dial (off, low, med, high) on my A/C, nothing happens. Fans don't turn on, no air blows out. I've tried to switch the horn relay (which works) into the fan relay and nothing happens. So I'm assuming it's not that. I also pulled the dash off to see...
