All rubber parts need to be replaced, belts, timing belts, vacuum hoses, engine mounts, tires if old enough etc. As with the previous post, that's about it, maybe the seats and carpet if too funky. :)

The starter is underneath the intake manifold on the driver's side. Haven't changed it myself, but I would remove the intake manifold first for better access.
