AC blows warm air only. When I turn on the AC, I see the RPMs go up slightly, but not cold air. I have nothing marked MGC in the fuse box. Not sure what to do.
Yes, I drive on the interstate about 40 miles a day and about 30 miles off interstate, but I judge my stops accordingly. Coast and gear down at times also.
Not true. Cruise control is your friend. Look at my numbers. 47.5 mpg. Yes rpm do go up going down hill while in cruise, but watch your mpg bar, it goes all the way up, meaning not using much gas at all. Engine is just trying to keep you at the speed you have chosen.
I learned to drive with a 3 speed on the column in my dad's 68 GMC. I have had a couple MT's since and will never go back. I just don't enjoy shifting gears. People act like its "cooler" if they shift gears. It just shows their ignorance.
