Got it fixed and picked it up on Thursday! NOW it drives and slows down like it should!!! It looks like they didn't even test drive it, because it only had 1 mile difference on the odometer when I picked it up. I test drove it at 40 mph and then over 60 mph to verify it was fixed before...
