It is your hub cap. Cheap piece of crap but sound is harmless. Rotate the hub caps and you may find the noise stops. Only one of my hub caps makes noise if it is on the driver side front tire. Not worth it to me to buy new hub caps because I am going to put 350,000 miles on this car in 10...
