    Looks like you checked and replaced almost everything. Did you check the vapor pressure sensor and your ECM? It's either one of the 2.

    Sound like a tranny job from your description. Especially with the metal shavings. DTC P0770: shift Solenoid "E" Malfunction (shift Solenoid Valve SLU) Problem area: 1.Shift solenoid valve SLU, 2.Lock-up Clutch, 3.Valve body blocked up or stuck. 4. Auto tranny assembly.
