does anyone have a picture of where the intake manifold gasket is, and what it looks like ?

pull the rod that you pushed before. take the inside door panel off. look inside for linkage that is not hooked up. put some lithium grease on moving parts. inspect for something broken, etc. adjust the door hinge or the strike pin for smooth operation without binding.

new O2 sensors were installed but... check engine light is back on with this code. any ideas ? thanks

probably low idle causing vibration. cause of that ? IDK

does it do it in neutral or park when you rev the engine? does it do it the second you put it in gear or does it vibrate at a certain speed? in reverse ? give more info ?

so you are saying that you need a scanner to reset stored codes ? and that unplugging the battery will not remove stored codes ? these Bosch sensors are made in the USA they are made to OEM specs Bosch has excellent products, and im pretty sure many toyotas were built in the USA as well.
