Performance Chips and Other Fun Upgrades on 2017 Corolla iM

without the turbo, you will spend about 3k on all n/a mods without opening the engine

    Corolla header

like i said, if you are below 5.9 you need to work it under the engine, if you are 6+ than over the engine its easier, stay with the o2 sensor and do a tune, unless you want to damage your engine, sound changes to raspy and louder, need a high flow res and muffler

no, just dont buy any performance chips, they dont work. if you are a cheap guy, buy a fake magnaflow from a muffler shop and pedal commander online

New to this Corolla thing, have a few questions

its a new car, you need to wait a couple years. also just replace the bumper, buy everything on rockauto.com and spend probably less than 1k

    NST Lightweight Pulley?

sorry for not responding fast bro, but i see you already installed it, i told you, for 200$ its the most bang for buck there is, did you install the belt too? what other mods you have installed?

    Corolla header

no cuz my mechanic has long hands, but if i was the only one working it, yes id have to
  10. J

    NST Lightweight Pulley?

and yes, you can feel the engine rev faster, you will feel the difference, trust me
  11. J

    NST Lightweight Pulley?

yes, that one, the stock belt i had to tied it to the end, this one it stays in the middle like with oem pulley and takes out the vibration and pulley sound ( i did loke that sound tho)

    Weapon r header question

a bit, a raspsier sound will occur, but i had my both cats deleted so idk, but you will feel mid rpm power and some more pops
  13. J

    NST Lightweight Pulley?

i dont have pictures, but its the most buck for hp you gona get on a corolla, stock color is red. its built really good, probably no long run problems, but never sell the stock one just in case, also you will need a new serpentine belt that they recommend for the vibrations of the lighter wheel

    Corolla header

nah bro, everything is plug and play, the hardest part is getting the weapon r into the back of the engine, header is slightli bygger than the stock one so u need to use a bit of force and 4 hands for it, becaus exhaust is in the way

CAI vs. SRI for 2009 Corolla S

use a cai, obviously the installation its more complicated because of how long it is and the amount of work space but cold air is better than hot, so a bit of work is worth it, also dont go crazy on big puddles
