    When to change-out Radiator

    my inherited 2004 spent 19 of its 22 years in balmy southern California. Now in a Mountain state w 3 months of Sub- 30 degree temps, and 175k miles, Would it be advisable to update to a OEM or aluminum OE style radiator + hoses....and Why? Thanks in advance & god's grace on your head...& Gasket.

    We're I a busier man, I wouldn't post this here. Our 1.8 FEZZ LE (2004) "is behind schedule" for maintenance. Car bot in CA but moved to ID. Wondering if she'll perform better / save my wallet w Catalytic converter removed....TIA for any earnest replies.
