Hi Guys, thanks for the replies. Tyre pressure is checked regularly as well. at 32psi or in South Africa 2.2 - 2.3 bar. I am leaning towards the tyre quality\batch at the moment. As I follow the same maintenance on my other cars with different tyres and no problems.

Feedback, currently doing just over 5000kms with my car. Idle seems to be better. Car must be running in or regulating itself better to the environment. Or I'm just getting used to it :) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk!

I disagree with the statement. I have the top of the range 1.8 exclusive cvt, not a cheap car. I have been in new model VW polo's, fortunes, Hondas, bmws, etc...
