I Figured it out in case someone else encounters this issue in the future. I Tapped into a hole in the engine block....bore'd it out, threaded it and screwed the knock sensor into it.

I am putting a 2004 Corolla Motor into my 2000 Corolla. Everything fits but the Knock Sensors DO NOT match. The old Knock Sensor is a single wire and the new one is 2 prong. Anyone know about this??

Did you ever find out how to do this?? I am having the same issue right now. Putting a 2004 Corolla Engine in a 2000
