High bwMS The spec refers to the bulb itself. If you go on Ebay you may be able to find that same bulb with a higher wattage that will get you more distance down the road, but be careful not to leave the high beams on and blind oncoming drivers, especially a cop!:no:

Jay, et.al.: Don't expect to buy any Toyota and expect a Mercedes. People buy different brands and models to fit their pocketbook. And don't expect that fuel mileage readout on the instrument cluster to reflect actual mileage. It needs to be checked by dividing miles traveled by gallons...

Agreed, but what are the ideal steering angles? The factory angles may not be the best, especially CASTER. Of course, the other angles are affected as well. Perhaps the factory spec is too loose, i.e. too much leeway approved just to get the car out the door and onto the transporter in the time...
