Drive shaft bolt

#1
I was looking through my wife's 2007 Corolla scheduled maintenance guide today to see what I needed to do since it just passed 100,000 miles. I keep seeing "re-torque drive shaft bolt" every couple of oil changes. What the heck is the drive shaft bolt?

Also, it shows to change transmission fluid at 120,000 miles if it's been used for towing. It has the original fluid in it and hasn't been used for towing. I didn't see anywhere else where it said to change the fluid. Do I need to change it?
