I have a mysterious noise in the dash of my Corolla that I just started noticing. I only seem to notice it at speeds above 60 mph and it sounds like it's coming from the very center of the dash, maybe behind the instrument cluster or maybe over to the right of it a bit. The sound kinda reminds me of the sound one of my old Chevy vehicles from long ago made when the speedometer cable was going bad.
Any suggestions on what to look for or how to go about replacing the cable itself?
