2011 Corolla leaking profusely @ 50k miles. Pics and description inside.

Hi all,

So my 2011 corolla is leaking terribly. 4 quarts gone in 1 month. Today I decided to put her on jack stands and take a look. Oil pan is clean, but passenger side components are doused in oil.

I cleaned up, turned on the car, and this little part was leaking (pics attached). Its sits abut 8-10" above the oil pan and toward the passenger side. What is this part? It looks like it has wires on the top, but at the same time, it's leaking oil. Any advice is welcome.
Thank you.

oil pressure switch-sensor ? 1.8L ?
I'm somewhat unfamiliar with my Corolla as it's fairly new to me.
But because it is oil leaking from that...
would be my assumption.

I'd clean it up some...
then inspect while the engine runs
to see if the leak can be pinpointed

it's a threaded in switch-sensor...
but could simply be leaking past it's insert threads

could be as simple as applying a thread sealant
and re-thread back into it's position.
Or replacing the sensor if that's proved faulty.

cel ?
