On Page 296 only info found to clean inside car and Instrument area is not to use Wax or polish wax. On the product used Did not say would damage what is called "Glass" plastic cluster. We take for granted what may or may not harm or work? As talking to a friend his words were to use a wax to get off., tooth paste, will have the chance to work on it, My family member is happy and pleased, to me that is all that matters. I used Armor All detailing my 2008 Matrix and had some get on the instrument cluster plastic and haze it badly. I ended up using a headlight restore kit to remove the hazing on the lens. Worked perfectly.

When I detail the car, I pull that piece out and Armor All it out of the car, then pop it back in once it dries. It's a bigger pain to pull that bezel off in the 2014+ so I spray it on a cloth and use the cloth instead of spraying directly on it.

2014+ you have to remove a ton of trim to get the cluster bezel out. Left vent, center vents, radio bezel...

Head light restorer. duh! why my mind was not on that, if and when I find some. I shall sell the cluster.

step one and step two cleaner found in the garage and shake shake shake, rub rub rub its will take a lil time to get it 100% clean
