Just tried replacing the dashboard instrument cluster panel in our '91 Corolla, everything works except the speedometer which is at 0 while driving. Put the old one back in to double check and same thing. Any tricks on how to get the speedometer to seat in when replacing/installing the instrument panel? Thanks!
