What did you do to your Corolla today?

The seatcovers came in today, I should have laid them out in the house and let the flatten out, but was in a hurry, 25* out didn't help much either, they'll smooth out nicely. I'm pretty impressed so far, I didn't need the rear seat back as much as the bottom, so I'm ok with it not working. A couple days with people moving in and out on them, they should smooth out nicely.

Last three days were spend lining the left drivers cubby, lower cubby with the lighter in it and top glove box with felt "noise reduction" (as described on ebay) tape. Today the 'Rolla has 4 new tires.

Added keyless entry(2015 L) didn't need anything fancy, $15 Omega system from Amazon, have installed several in the past with zero issues, 4 wires to hook up, and the plus that the dome light circuit comes on with the unlock. Happy wife, happy life

I just got my system in, still have to deal with a little tuning but sounds great overall.

I have the following in the car now:

4 - 6.5" speakers (PRV Audio)
2 - 12" Sony XSGS120LD Subwoofers (Plenty of Bass, not Alpine
Ported Box
1 Tunn - 900w D Class Amp
1 Interfire - 1000W AB Class Amp for interior speakers and tweeters
Audiopipe 9-Band EQ - This is what allowed me to keep the factory HU

I just wanted something simple that i can crank up when necessary and sound super clean, and I'm very happy with the results.

PRV Audio speakers are from Brazil and i love how clean they sound at super high volumes, they are also very reasonably priced for the output you get.

The amps were out of an old system, so id definitely like to upgrade those at some point in the future, but there are so many things on the list before that.

First one: Getting rid of the hubcaps.

Also does anyone know anything about adding the factory push start button?

did you tape help? Is it for audio or road noise?

I'm in the middle of receiving a bunch of stuff for paint care and the rest of the car. Just cleaning and protection. Today, received three different brushes, and some pads for DA polisher. Yesterday was swirl remover and polish/sealer. Tomorrow?
That's all I want to do to my Corolla. Just take care of it.
I do enjoy watching you all with the extras. I did that when young. It's entertaining to me. Gee... I even have steel wheels with hubcaps and want to keep it that way. Maybe I'm still rebellious?

You will fall in love with your Corolla after many years. All they money it will save you. The money my Toy Truck saved me, enabled me to buy a home.

A Corolla is like a good dog.
It cares not what you buy for it.
It cares only about spending time with you, driving.

Hey everyone, New to the forums
I've had the car a little over a year
All of the lights have been switched out to LED bulbs, added a DC Sports Exhaust Tip, and Fog Lights with Yellow Overlays (didn't come out the way I thought) IMG_0458.JPG IMG_0456.JPG

i assume youre saying the fogs aren't yellow enough? same happened to me i used a yellow vinyl from amazon. I ended up using 2 layers of the vinyl on each fog light and installing yellow halogens behind it for complete yellow lol

What are the art numbers and how much did it cost? that is so sexy
Here is the link to the lights on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01DBRNVY0/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I cut a rectangular piece of steel angled on one side for a template to fit in the slots of the grill and drilled a 1/8" hole in the center of it. Sat it in each slot drilling a hole in each opening. Then went back and enlarged the holes with a 3/8" bit to fit the lights. Wired them up with an add-a-fuse to one of the headlight fuses so they come on with the drl's or headlights.
