I'm also seeking some shop in North Jersey to install a remote starter on my 2014 with standard key. Anyone here had good experiences somewhere with this ?

I would just Google search around your area and see who offers that service? Then see what type of remote starts they carry asome far as brand goes. Then decide how far you want it to go as far as range. My system works with the remote at 1,500ft. With my phone the range is unlimited as long as I have cell signal. Hope this helps.

Thankyou bro. I don't really need a big range. I just moved to US I dont know much about accessories brands here. one friend of mine said that Viper brand sells really good stuff. it proceeds ? another question is, I will need a bypass right ? I was thinking about to buy everything on amazon and install it at home .

Yeah viper is good! I like compu start better myself. If your going to install it yourself I wouldn't recommend it. Because you have to open up the steering column to get access to the ignition wires. If you don't get the right ones and splice in the right spot it will be a nightmare

I'm comfortable with the instalation, I mean, I never had to install remote starters before, but did alarms, sound systems and custom fuel injections installations. So, yes.. I have some experience with cars in general although I don't do it for making money. the problem is I'm not sure what to buy. if I have everything that I need (hardware) on hands. I'm pretty sure I can make it work .
