2016 Corolla Sport - update will not run - can’t play through USB

in the past few weeks there seems to be an update but it’s grayed out.
I used to be able to play music via USB . Now if I’m using the USB port it only charges and music comes out of my phone. I have to connect to Bluetooth which I do not want to do. When I do this it disconnects and we can next to my phone and I can never get it to work properly.
What do I need to do to run the update? Can anyone help with this ? thank you

You should still be under warranty, make an appointment with Toyota. They should have a hard copy of the update on a thumb drive. Don’t let them sell you a new radio either! Free replacement yes.
All assuming your still in warranty.
