I'm in the same boat. It's not legal here (LA) so I cant find one anywhere. I do want a legit CAI though not some short ram (Hot air intake) or something

Sorry to say no aftermarket intake is legal in California for the 11th Gen (2014+) Corollas. Your best bet is to use AEM or K&N filters with your stock air box.

Yeah I'm currently running the K&N drop in filter. I don't really care if it's legal lol

Back in 2014 when I was researching CAI for my previous 2004 corolla, there were certain sellers on Amazon that WOULD ship to CA. Obviously the big name companies' online marketplaces on Amazon wouldn't (K&N specifically), but there were some by other seller's marketplaces on Amazon that did sell and ship my K&N SRI to CA. Because K&N is one of the biggest, they legally can't and won't; but smaller resellers will because they just dont care (as they should). So look around Amazon and select some of the other seller's options and see if they will. Hope this helps (and still works)

you can still buy them on eBay...thats where bought my haps short ram, that is how i was able to skirt that new regulation.
