Not quick to start

2006 Corolla LE

My wife's Corolla has a minor issue- it's slow to catch on startup when it has been sitting a while. Battery is not old. No grinding or other signs of a workout starter. Like I said, this is minor- but it worries my wife so I thought I'd check with some folks who know these cars better than I do.

Any thoughts?

Look at the battery terminals to see if there’s some corrosion but I would go purchase a terminal cleaner kit at Walmart and clean the terminals real good on the battery and see if that makes a difference. Best to wear rubber gloves when do this
