Body damage - low cost options?

I f'd up with my Corolla - ran into and scraped against a small file cabinet I had in my garage.

I haven't had estimates for body work done yet, I thought I'd ask here.



What's the minimum cost, but effective, thing(s) I can have done (or do myself, if it's not complicated) to prevent rust?


Do you guys have any idea what a body shop guy would charge to fix it?

I would try dent pro that would be your cheapest option then I would touch up paint it. Total coast 150 more or less

touch up paint from the dealership for sure, they sell it there, cost 14$ in California.....as far as the dent, just try to smack it from the back....pull back some of the plastic liner where the tire is.....thats whats i would do....but tough up paint is a must, that stuff worked wonder for when i opened my door and smacked a cement parking cone.
