One of my fog lights went out. Kind of early and don't use them as often.

Where can I get a replacement locally like auto zone etc and what bulb # is it h11? Or do I need to go to the dealer?

Also what's a good aftermarket solution? Wanted to match the led lights or go with something else?
For right now I just like to get it replaced with oem so I can use them been good amount of fog in the mornings. Thanks!

How much money are you willing to throw at it?
You can upgrade to LED bulbs or replace the entire unit. All depends on your budget.
I upgraded the whole lamp assembly on mine. Cost around $239 for the pair and they're complete plug in units.

I do want something plug and play. For now something match oem. Cause instead of white would like yellow not sure yet. What do you have on yours Chris? Any pics?

I have the ones in the link I provided. They don't come in yellow, but you can purchase transparent yellow vinyl for them.

I got these fog lights from Amazon and installed them myself. They are really bright and fit out car. Only $20.

If you want Plug and Play option and you don't want to do much conversions you can buy the LED bulb itself take out the existing bald that went out stick the new one in place and plug it into your existing wiring harness is very simple checkout diode Dynamics I have the brightest one I can't remember what it was I bought them a year-and-a-half ago but I have the brightest ones that they make and they're yellow I have no vinyl wrap on my fog lights but where my headlights and fog lights turn on my fog lights are screaming yellow everywhere on the ground on the walls they look amazing if I'm not mistaken I spent only around $100 and then put them in myself

(Hope this thread is not dead. The newer posts on fog lights said to search for previous threads .... so here I be)
I have a 2016 Corolla S, and would like to have brighter, farther casting fog lights.
From another related thread, a user mentioned 19 w was the max, and going over that could result in a melted housing. I want to avoid that.
The bulb you listed looks like a possibility.

Question for all -- the JDM bulbs are listed as 12-24W. Is it 12w per bulb? And, what is the total wattage the housing can handle? Is it 19W per bulb or 19W total .... or some completely different number? Thank you kndly

(An aside -- the first upgrade I did was to replace the "excuse me, please" OEM horn for a "Get Outta my way" dual horn.)

I bought the exact same ones 2 years ago. They were great for that application but died after a year and a half. Not surprising considering the prize. Whatever happened to the lights was making the fuse to keep blowing.
