I think it might be coming from behind the gear itself.. that whole assembly is labeled as the servo.. pretty expensive as well

This has been driving me nuts lately.. whenever the blend door is moved I get a weird rattle. It's not extremely loud but noticeable as long as the music isn't loud. Is the blend door actuator below the white gear? I've never worked on anything like this before.. Is this normal? Any ideas...
