    Rear brake rotors upgrade

Thanks. I was in Mexico in 2016 and seems to be standard for my model year. Which is bs, since it seems to be nonexistent for the same year here in the US. My biggest concern is how hard would it be to retrofit my ABS sensors and e brake cables.

2013 Corolla L - Is it The Stereo That is Terrible, The Antenna, or is it Everything?

The antenna is in the windshield. I own a 13 Corolla and have no issues with mine. If It happens only while driving in underpasses, your problem might be more of an issue of bad reception than an electrical problem. That being said, I don’t rule out some kind of short. But heads up: that rear...

Has anyone here upgraded their rear brake drums to disc brakes? I’m afraid that’ll be the next mod I’ll be doing in my car. Please let me know what was your end result.

    2010 Corolla horn - modification

I put Tundra horns in my Corolla. I bought the HELLA 012010901 because they come with Toyota connectors so all I had to do was build my own pigtail to run from the original horn connector to both horns.

    Normal RPM driving

Indeed they are. Bet joke’s on him cause older cars, specially the ones with carburetors need the extra help. Obviously not being a turd like your ex coworker. I’ve been dealing with Toyota all my life. I used to work with a guy that owned a 79 Corolla in 2001 that was in mint condition. New...

2000 corolla -which plugs & better strut brand?

Keep in mind that if you buy Iridium spark plugs, you’ll pay around $10 each. But they can last up to ten years. Definitely something you might want to buy original. If you want to go the rockauto way, buy Denso or NGK. Those are Toyota’s original suppliers. Be careful with the breaks. If the...

    Normal RPM driving

We’re talking about a Toyota Corolla here. Not a punie Ford or Chevrolet. Drive with common sense but this engines are designed to take a beating. I set my cruise control to 80mph on a 20 miles commute each way at least 5 times a week. Take a wild guess as to what rpm’s I’m talking about. Also I...

    2011 my first toyota.

Welcome to the Toyota family. This is by far a more reliable brand. 1. 2011 uses 0w20. It only comes as synthetic. Toyota recommends 10,000 miles oil changes for this model. I personally can’t help it every 5000 miles. Old habits die hard. 2. Assuming it’s an automatic, you want to flush your...

2013 Corolla tranny fluid questions (automatic)

Your car does have a mech filter in the transmission. Just like it’s been done for decades. Seems dealers won’t try to replace and flat out like to customers saying it’s a sealed transmission.

    2011 Corolla Axle

Go to rockauto. Their tv comercials are corny as hell. But normally they’re cheaper than any auto parts store and their parts are the same you would buy in a store. So same quality. For good measure run the part numbers you get from rockauto in amazon. Simply type Toyota and the part number. I...

    Ultimate Corolla Build

Wow if it’s a 1Z engine you definitely want a TRD intake and exhaust. No other other company built those with the quality and attention to detail that TRD put on those two.
