how do i remove it lol. i cant remove the side attached to the back of the engine! any tips?

i have an 1989 dx and its at 192000 miles. runs and starts ok but im trying to replace my cooling system inlet hose.

im trying to replace my inlet hose cuz it has a crack in it and the coolant and water just leak out. I took of the side that's visable already but I cant get to the side behind the engine! its really annoying me and I just need to know if I cant break the clamp or if theres any special easy way...
