SF Bay Area. Morning temp has been ~60Deg F. Without having seen a system interconnect, and based on the symptom, it seems obvious the washer is part of the wiper system. Could be bad connector contacts, PCB, microcontroller / firmware, ESD sensitivity...who knows... Anyway, the car is still...

Video not needed. The washer or wipers won't activate first thing in the morning. After ~ 1/2 hr of driving, the system will function again. Thx.

2014 Corolla S My wiper system function (including the spray washer) has been intermittent. My specific Corolla is not part of the associated recall. My Toyota dealer was not able to reproduce the problem. I insisted they do something, so they replaced the wiper switch. All was well for weeks...
