    TRD springs: DIY or no?

I'm trying to put some TRD springs on the rolla soon, and I'm debating whether or not to do the work myself. I'm guessing the installation would probably cost around $200 with alignment. With parts is about $400 +/- $25. Is there anything that will break if I go after it myself? Figure a spring...

Want to upgrade the music system to Sony!!!

I installed this in my gf's A3, and it worked great, with harness adapter and retained the steering wheel controls. I'm sure you could get it cheaper elsewhere though if you looked. But it's a rad system, just buy the proper harness adapter, you can get them from Crutchfield.com...

Engine swap options for the E-170 2ZR-FE?

I've been researching the XRS engines, and wonder how feasible it would be to swap in a 2zz and 6sp manual into the 11th gen. Or maybe a 2.4 2AZ-FE? Does anyone have any input?

    Wheel Spacers

I'm wondering what size of wheel/tire combo you can stuff in there with TRD springs without stretching; I'm guessing 18x8 wheels at least, but what tire size

Still on top reliability wise in this segment

where as the corolla is 90% same as last generation. It's not like the Sport Compact Car is a segment without options, and honestly I think Honda is going a little far off their tracks with the gaudy styling, (except for the variable backflow exhaust which is awesome). Their meat-and-potatoes...

Wing spoiler help on Corolla !

I always like the minimal aftermarket look; for the WRX you can get 'risers' to put under the factory spoiler and it looks pretty cool. or just get the one from Mapisa, but it'll look exactly like every other rolla with an aftermarket spoiler.

    Radio Rebooting?

That's a bummer when you stretch for those factory options, just for them not to work. That must be frustrating. I never had entune Nav, but through aftermarket parts, and if you install it yourself, I found that Pioneer offers some good options and aftermarket navigation using the AVICS...

    Save the 6 speed!

If I planned on using this platform as my dedicated sports car, I would seriously consider the 6MT swap. Being the Corolla is more of a family/commuter than a sports car, the CVT does great for city driving as well as traveling. Once I pay off the Rolla I might look into getting a 86, and that...
