2014 49k miles on it. Still original battery

Just got my car back today. It does run a lot smoother than before. Extremely happy with the replacement. Yes, it was worth 3 weeks wait.

Yeah they also gave me a loaner. Hopefully my car will be done by next Wednesday at the 3 week mark.

Just an update: I still don’t have my car since I dropped off on August 22. They keep saying that I can’t pick up the car and drive it because there might be damage to the CVT. They are still waiting for the valve part from Toyota. It seems like I’m in the same situation as Blake as I have 2...

They did but it just feels frustrating not having an answer for almost 2 weeks now. I have no ETA and no updates as to what is going on. Anyone else having similar issues? I dropped my car off on August 22.

Update: They still say that they are waiting for the Valve part. I asked if I can just pick up the car and they say no because if I drive off there might be damage to the transmission. They will contact Toyota directly and see what exactly is going on. Any thoughts ?

Update: I just called the dealer. They said that the valve (not sure what this means) is not there yet. It will be available in about two more days. I dropped off my car last Wednesday (08/22). One week of waiting for a part? Is this normal?

I still dont have my car since last Wednesday. They say that they are waiting on a part for the transmission and it will likely be available for pick up this Tuesday. Would this be true? Why would it take this long?

Dropped off my car yesterday for the replacement. They said they need to replace a part in the transmission and that it will take a few days since they don't have the part. Has anyone gotten their part replaced yet? I thought It was a simple software update. LE ECO 2014.

Where can I buy decent seat covers for my 2014 Corolla LE Eco ? Most of the seat covers I see online are not compatible for non-detachable rear seat headrest.

Im currently looking for new tires for my Corolla 2014 LE Eco. I currently have installed Goodyear p205/55R16. Should I keep using these tires or is there a better brand ? Edit: I live in New York

Maybe the dipstick wasn’t registering properly? So my mechanic said that I should start using 5w-30 since I have high mileage now (40k) What do you think about this? I know that in the manual it only says 0w-20
