I figured out the problem myself. The fob, dome light, trunk light, and maplight are all on the same circuit. I began disconnecting lights. Kept blowing fuses until I got to the map light. As soon as I disconnected it, everything started working again. Searching for a new maplight now.

I think these are related problems. Fuse for interior light is blown. When I tried a new fuse, it immediately popped that fuse. This is a 2010 corolla
