What would cause the blower motor to be stuck on high? It does not matter if I turn the fan speed knob to 0,1,2,3, or 4, it will not change speeds or shut off. I replaced the blower motor resistor, but that did not resolve the issue. AC/Heat still seems to work fine, just the fan can never be...
