Hello, On my 2010 Corolla I use the recommended 0W-20 oil , change every 5000 miles with Mobil One, 90000 miles, runs great. Same with my 2014 4runner. I don't notice any oil consumption, never had to add. The only thing I don't like is the oil canisters system it's a pain on the Corolla. Good luck
