Default 09 Shrinking rear door seal

The rubber around the rear passenger door of my 09 SE seems to have shrunk and pulled away from the spline. If I push it back in one spot, it pulls away in another.

I haven't seen this problem discussed elsewhere (after a quick search.) Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions?

Thank you.
