Help, how can I DIY to open the door of the passenger side, i cannot open from inside and outside. child lock is not on.

I am looking into replacing the door seals in my 08. Does anyone know where I can get these without spending an arm and leg? Toyota wants $66 for just the driver door seal. US owner
