I bought a 04 carolla recently with 150k on it. Car fax says new clutch was put in at 145... issue I'm having is I really gotta push the pedal all the way to the floor to disengage the pressure plate to shift. It's not like a low pedal where I don't have any have any pressure on the travel, but as soon as I start releasing the clutch (half an inch travel), Power is being transferred. Also on cold mornings, I gotta pump the clutch metal and hold it down all the way to start the car. Sometimes I gotta pump it Quite a bit before it starts.
Im no rookie at driving a manual and I'm stalling out quite a bit. Also when I come to a stop, the engine is studdering like the pressure plate hasn't fully disengaged and your car is wanting to stall out...
