04 Corolla slipped out of 5th

So i was cruising in 5th and it poped out and went to neutral. I went for 5th again and it seemed fine other than if i let my foot all the way off the clutch it would want to come out. So towed it home and it seems fine now. I checked all the cables and bushings everything its tight exept the plastic housing that holds the shifter/ball. Whats your thoughts and what would you call that part?

Mines an Automatic and it shifted into Neutral by itself while I was going 70 on the Freeway pulled into the driveway put some more tamsmission fluid in and Never had a problem since
