09 prolonged crank no start?

#1
So here’s the situation, the car started having a check engine light for a cam position sensor code, intake side. Got a new one from Toyota, for both. Figured might as well since they are original with 215k. It ran fine for a month then it just wouldn’t start. I noticed it was a slow cranking rpm rate, but I wouldn’t have to keep my key in the start position as it would continue to crank for maybe 10 seconds after. I’ve been searching for anything similar and all I’ve seen is replace the entire engine. That can’t be right.. compression is at 120 across the board. And my security light isn’t on that I’m aware of. Has anyone dealt with this issue before I’m at a loss..
