1986 Corolla high idle

First time Corolla owner, just brought it home and the idle is too high. I don't yet have a Chiltons and finding a clear tutorial on the internet is taking longer than expected. Anyone have something saved or a previous post about this issue? Thanks guys!

1986 corolla is having carburetor if I am not wrong. you need to adjust the idle control valve on the carburetor.

I was having the same car but with diesel engine. Diesel has a screw on the throttle to adjust the idle.
