1992 Corolla - Cylinder Not Firing

I have a new injector and the wire going to it has power. I also have a new spark plug and a new spark plug wires cap and rotar. Im getting spark from the wire. But when i unplug the wire to the fuel injector the enging doesnt change but when i do that to any of the other injectors the engine bogs down like its suppose to. im gunna do a compresion test tomorrow but if you have any other ideas i would love some help. its cylender 3
