1992 DX Automatic - Doesn't Make 4th Gear

Hello there, I just got a 92 automatic corolla dx as a gift, motor runs like new, and I got several questions:
What can I do, because the transmission only goes to 3rd, not teach 4th in tje highway

--what type of motor oil should I use?

--if I put "lucas anti slip transmission, it eoll help?

-any other idea?

The recommended motor oil viscosity for your Corolla is 10W-30.

Pour in transmission fluid additives can cause problems.
