1998 Corolla - No Start After Motor Oil Changed

The car was working before I changed motor oil and oil filter. Then suddenly it cannot start.

I took battery to shop and checked OK.
I took spart plugs out. They were dark. I replaced all of them with new ones.

Is there Spark off the distributor or coil pack? is there fuel? fuel pump turning on? you should be able to hear it if your at the back of the car. you could spray either in the air box and it should start. I did my mustang all with some friends and beer and pizza. its easy stuff and I'm in IT
