2003 driver door window seal

i have a 2003 Corolla that the driver door window seal came out of place and my wife rolled window up on it where it stayed for days and totally distorted it and now it’s junk, the problem is I’m not sure if I can just pull up on both sides and it will slide out or if it’s attached some how at the bottom of window channels, could use your guys help on this please and how easy is it to reinstall new seal
