2004 Corolla - Coolant Flush

#1
hi there everyone

thanks for an awesome forum and i am new here

just a quick question

my mom asked me to drain the water and replace with antifreeze and now i need to know if you just remove the bottom radiator hose to drain and refill with antifreeze and water. i know on some models you'll have a drain plug on radiator to drain and to bleed to system you'll have a bleeder valve. i just need to know the procedure on a 2004 model 140i the runx shape

thanks in advance

Using the bottom radiator hose should be sufficient. Beware that used antifreeze is toxic and allowing it to drain out onto the ground can poison/kill someone's pet, as antifreeze smells and tastes sweet. Unfortunately, it destroys the live and means death for any pet.

How did you make out? Updates?
