2008 Corolla no acceleration

I am having problems with my Corolla not accelerating after I my battery went bad. I also had to change the main 100amp fuse under the hood. The check engine light was on after I changed the fuse and battery. The scan code was a PO121 throttle/pedal sensor. I find it hard to believe that the sensor would be the problem. Is there some kind of relearn I need to do?

Since the throttle/pedal sensor controls the gas feed and response think that is your problem. Especially since its throwing a code PO121. What year and how manny miles on your Corolla .
