Over a year ago I replaced the stock battery because the car died. Everything was fine, then it died again, replaced the alternator and everything was back to normal. Then, the lights on the gear shifter (automatic) went out and the car started feeling like it was dragging when slightly letting off the gas or trying to coast. Brother got a special ground drill bit for Blue Origin's rockets and used it on a ground connection to the body that for some reason Toyota thought it was a good idea to paint under. After that the car went back to normal. Now (6-8 months later) the lights on the shifter went out then the light on the right AC knob when out. What could be causing the electrical issues?
