9th Gen. Intake and Exhaust Mods

Hello! New 9th gen owner here

After two days of owning mine, I found an AEM intake on craigslist for 60 bucks. The install was a snap. Removed stock airbox and installed AEM with a 10mm and screwdriver. What a difference in mid-range rpm performance and the sound is fantastic!

Moving on to exhaust any suggestions on a low cost aftermarket exhaust that's motor-safe and will boost performance?

I would say a MagnaFlow catback exhaust.

The corolla is an economy car but us young kids want to mod our cars to make it faster or look better. I'm planning on picking up the TRD 18" Wheels.

Magnaflow is probably the best choice but there're not cheap

I've got a 2 1/2" borla exhaust on my 05 xrs and it sounds great, I would suggest cutting the old exhaust and make a few extra welds to use on the new one for better support and prevent any rattle
