Really? I just replaced my first one on an 87 truck w/ 150k. I have owned Toyotas for nearly 20 yrs. I guess anything is possible even if its not probable.

They accused me of mixing fluids? Wow, really? When we bought the car the guy said we were lucky to find one built in Japan and not here.

the mixing of fluids "can" be a cause. all brake fluid is not created equal and contaminated fluid is detrimental to any system.

What difference difference does the geographic location of the vehicles construction make? Toyota's are built to the same quality standard, no matter where in the world they are manufactured.
