Door lock problem

I have just replaced the small motors in the lock actuators in the left and right front door on a 2014 corolla.

This fixed the remote lock problem, but now the key will turn to the right (unlock) but will NOT physically turn left (lock).

Any thoughts on why the key won’t turn left?

with no pressure on does it work. and if the wiring is reversed. what happs?

Not sure what you are referring to about pressure. Regarding wiring - is this the connections on the small actuator motor

with the key cylinder rod out of the actuator, the key would turn in both directions. When the rod (with cross tip) was inserted in the actuator, the key would only turn to the right.

Reistance on the part can cause it to not work a stuck part, what I meant to say

It is a common problem, it depends a lot of the model. I think the best way is to address to a good service or mechanic. Guys, in general corolla is a very good car, a car that you will definitely be able to drive a lot. Right now I am making a reconstruction of my house and soon I am planning to change the doors in my house. One of my friends told me, where to find good patio doors and I bought from the company he recommended me. And that was a good idea. It didn't cost too much, and the quality is superior.
