Electric Cable: Thin Wall Cable

Has anyone worked with Thin Wall cable before?

What are the advantages of using it. And is it as reliable as regular electric cable?
I'm doing some work on my Luna and thin wall seems to be a popular choice for auto jobs.

Hi Muhammad, when you say cheaper do you mean it's cheaper to buy or to run?

It is cheap, but i understand that one of the key benefits of it is that it is much lighter than standard bulky cable.
Lighter means saving on fuel costs. I don't know if that's true.

It could be an industry myth, but I'm taking a shot anyway!

How much mass difference between these cables ? if all together you remove your spare, may be you will save more fuel

Well this make sense if you do accelerate and decelerate very often. otherwise if you are going at a steady speed then only the friction and drag is playing the important role.
